ST ARNAUD BRANCH

A big hello to all Uncle Bobs members out there, in what has been a very busy part of the year for all of us, with the Easter fund raising efforts for us all in St Arnaud.

The monthly markets continue to go well with the January market raised $225.00, while the February market raised $267.00

.

That brings us to Easter, which saw the collection tins & jars have bring in a total of $942.00. The Easter raffle managed to raise $480.00.

There was also a $100.00 donation made, which brings us to a grand total raised for the Good Friday Appeal of $1,522.60.

On a much sadder note though the St Arnaud Branch were deeply saddened to hear of the death of Joe Wright in early February. From what l understand Joe joined the Club in 1981 and was a member of the Club up to his passing. He served as a senior Vice President of the Branch and was also a Life Member of the Club and also served a period of 11 years on State Committee.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Gordon, Dianne and family on their sad loss.
