SPECIAL INVITATION
68th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
All members and friends are advised that the 68th Annual General meeting
of the Uncle Bobs Club will be held at the
Drouin Bowling Club
Princes Way
Drouin
On Sunday 10th October 2010
Commencing at 2.00 pm
A 3-course luncheon will be held at 12.30pm for those members and guests wishing to partake in a meal before the Annual General meeting. The meal will be at a cost of $12.00 per person.
The Bar will be open on the day for people to purchase drinks if they wish.
The business of the meeting will be to:
- Confirm the minutes from the 67th Annual General Meeting
- Receive & adopt reports of the State Committee and audited statement of accounts for the period ending 30th June 2010
- Receive & adopt reports submitted by the State President, State Secretary, and Branch and Group representatives
- Elect the State Committee for 2010/2011
- Appoint the Club’s Auditors and Club Ambassador for 2010/2011
- Discuss the location for the 2011 Annual General Meeting
- Consider any General Business of which at least 30 days written notice has been given to the State Secretary
